A 10% deposit is required for all online bookings, including group appointments.
Deposits are refundable only if the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in.
If you’re over 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
To ensure the best results, we offer a service warranty:
Touch-up Terms:
Apply cuticle oil and hand cream daily
Wear gloves for housework or harsh chemicals
Avoid using nails as tools
Don’t bite or pick at your nails
All services are non-refundable.
If you’re unhappy with your nails, please speak to us before leaving the salon.
Issues after leaving must be reported within the warranty period.
Children: To maintain a relaxing environment, we recommend arranging childcare before your visit.
Phones: Please keep your phone on silent mode.
Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Respect: Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.
Valid for 6 months from purchase.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Must be presented at the time of service.
No-shows may result in full or partial deduction.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
